Prepare month-end closing, budgeting and analysis of closing reporting
Prepare statutory reports, financial reports and management reports
Reconcile account transactions.
Liaise with external auditor and revenue department
Prepare Corporate income tax.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Issue invoices to customers
Collection and issue Receipt / Tax Invoice to customers
Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for payment late
Prepare monthly overdue report and monthly sales tax report

Communicate with customers and develop strategies and programs to satisfy
Present services to prospective clients and enhance existing relationships.
Identify technology, growth trends, and forecast in market segments.

requirements are fulfilled within a time frame.
