รายละเอียดงาน GENERAL SUMMARY : To lead and coach 20-40 MBC store managers in all aspect of retail operation & people management to serve customers so that maximizing sales & store standard, minimizing operating expense and maximizing profit.
Responsibilities
1) Responsible in leading and coaching all store managers in span to be able to deliver the operations Key Performance Indicator
2) Responsible in supporting store managers to serve customers satisfaction
3) Responsible in analyzing and addressing operation issues and have plan in place.
4) Responsible to ensure in landing and embedding all company policy and procedure to stores
5) Responsible to identify staff talent and develop them to be ready for moves and appointments
6) Responsible to review store managers progress against targets in once a month.
7) Responsible in leading and coaching store managers to manage people in recruiting and preventing turnover including support peoples learning and growth in career.
