Archetype Thailand is a leading Construction Consultancy Service specializing in Real Estate Project Management, Multipurpose Buildings, Public Infrastructure (Education & Healthcare), and Large-Scale Industrial Projects. Our Consultant Engineers oversee and manage contractors to ensure quality and timely project execution.
· Supervise Civil & Structural (C&S) works on-site, ensuring compliance with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
· Review project documents, including drawings, specifications, method statements, and As-Built Drawings.
· Conduct site inspections and monitor contractor performance, reporting deviations to the line manager.
· Oversee construction progress, maintaining accurate site records and assisting in QA/QC documentation.
· Ensure Health & Safety compliance, reporting violations to the line manager.
· Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
· Support project commissioning procedures and technical documentation.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :
· Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience). · 10+ years of construction site experience, preferably in luxury residential or large-scale projects. · Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Word, and preferably Navisworks or BIM software. · Strong understanding of engineering drawings, construction methods, and project specifications. · Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. · Good English communication skills (written & spoken) able to work with a foreign manager. · Team player who can adapt to the dynamic nature of site work.
