We are seeking a skilled and proactive Technical Sales Specialist to join our team. This role combines technical expertise with sales skills to follow up on leads, present product solutions, and manage projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with hardware setup, cabling, and connections, alongside the ability to design workflows and oversee system integrations. You will also work closely with customers to deliver tailored solutions, including access control and perimeter security systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Engagement:
• Follow up on sales leads through cold calls, in-person presentations, and other outreach methods.
• Present product solutions, including user flows and functionalities, for central platforms, visitor management software, mobile/web applications, access control, and perimeter security systems.
• Conduct product demonstrations, showcasing how solutions meet customer needs and provide value.


Technical Expertise:
• Thorough understanding of access control systems, perimeter security solutions, and related hardware, including QR code and facial recognition devices, as well as local-based and cloud-based servers.
• Design project workflows and user flows to meet customer requirements.
• Program and manage SQL servers for seamless system integration.
• Create technical drawings, riser diagrams, and layouts using AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with hardware setup, including cabling, connections, and configuration to ensure optimal functionality.
• Establish and troubleshoot connections between hardware and servers or hardware and software.


Troubleshooting and Maintenance:
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
• Provide ongoing technical support and solutions to customers as needed.


Project Management:
• Oversee project implementation on-site, coordinating with installers, contractors, and customers.
• Attend pre- and post-installation site meetings to address technical requirements and ensure project success.
• Ensure installations adhere to high standards, aligning with both company guidelines and customer expectations.


Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of project designs, technical specifications, and customer interactions.
• Prepare detailed reports on project progress and address any challenges encountered.


Requirements:
• Proven experience in technical sales or a related field.
• Familiarity with access control systems, perimeter security solutions, and associated hardware and software.
• Hands-on experience with hardware setup, including cabling, connections, and system configuration.
• Proficiency in programming SQL servers and creating technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of system connectivity, including hardware-to-server and hardware-to-software integrations.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Thai.
• Willingness to travel to client sites for meetings and project management.


Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience with visitor management software, central platforms, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud-based and on-premise server solutions.
• A valid driving or motorbike license is required. Owning a vehicle is optional but preferred.


Remuneration:
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
• Performance-based commission on successful projects and sales.
• Additional benefits may be discussed during the interview process.


Additional Details:
• Working Time: Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Location: 600 meters from BTS Ekkamai
