Technical Expertise: Thorough understanding of access control systems, perimeter security solutions, and related hardware, including QR code and facial recognition devices, as well as local-based and cloud-based servers. Design project workflows and user flows to meet customer requirements. Program and manage SQL servers for seamless system integration. Create technical drawings, riser diagrams, and layouts using AutoCAD. Familiarity with hardware setup, including cabling, connections, and configuration to ensure optimal functionality. Establish and troubleshoot connections between hardware and servers or hardware and software.
Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently. Provide ongoing technical support and solutions to customers as needed.
Project Management: Oversee project implementation on-site, coordinating with installers, contractors, and customers. Attend pre- and post-installation site meetings to address technical requirements and ensure project success. Ensure installations adhere to high standards, aligning with both company guidelines and customer expectations.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project designs, technical specifications, and customer interactions. Prepare detailed reports on project progress and address any challenges encountered.
